Nova Terra's North Quarter is a more run-down part of the city, commonly called "The Hellhole" by those who know it. Despite the higher crime rate, risque establishments, and dingy corner stores, there are also more outreach programs where homeless often cluster.

Pwny Express

The western quarter is Nova Terra's downtown area, with a variety stores, apartment buildings, bars, and clubs. One of it's prominent features is a large stone fountain.

Nesseun

The Eastern Quarter is primarily residential and is dotted with small shops and restaurants, parts of it accomplishing a suburban feel. From north to south, the quality of the properties rises to the more upscale neighborhoods.
