Tearing through the water like a speedboat, leaving a massive wake behind him, Zeretanis was getting nearer to the mainland. He knew that should the humans be advancing at the rate they were when he was buried, that it would not be long before they detected him.

Hours passed as he continued moving through the water. The travel was uneventful, but this as well was a great change for Zeretanis.

Eventually, the shore came into view, and he slowed down, transforming back to his normal frame, he sunk the to bottom of the ocean and walked up onto the shoreline.
